Alexandra’s Bistro is a highly regarded farm-to-table restaurant in Concord, New Hampshire, celebrated for our locally sourced, scratch-cooked menu and warm, inviting atmosphere.

The restaurant is named in honor of owner and executive chef Daniel Pilsbury’s late wife, Alexandra, who passed away from cancer in December 2021 — a personal tribute that shapes the heart and soul of the place.
Executive Chef Daniel Pilsbury
With 16 years in the kitchen, he built his career from the ground up—starting as a dishwasher, quickly moving into prep, and earning his place on the line as a cook. Through dedication, long hours, and guidance from exceptional mentors, he rose to a chef position, mastering the craft and leadership that define a great kitchen.
Fueled by experience and confidence in his skills, he ultimately opened his own restaurant—bringing together years of hard work, passion, and the belief that success is earned one plate at a time.
